Fee Schedule and Rules from Philmont
The 2013 Expedition fee
is $770 per participant. A
non-refundable, non-transferable reservation fee of $100 per participant is DUE February 29, 2012. This is your ONLY NOTICE - if reservation fees are not received by the
deadline, your reservation will automatically be cancelled. To avoid financial risk, we recommend fees be collected in advance
from each participant. A 2013 High Adventure
Expedition reservation form must be approved by your local council and returned
with your payment. (coming to you my snail mail). A subsequent payment of
$335.00 per person will be due October 1,
2012and the balance of $335.00 per person is due March 1, 2013.
(ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE)
If your plans have changed and your group decides to cancel,
please do so in writing or by email. In the event your group
cancels, you may not transfer this reservation to another
unit.
